When you request a free inspection, contact us, or work with one of our sales representatives, we may collect: your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and information related to your roofing project or insurance claim (such as your insurance company, policy details, and information about storm or hail damage).

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number, you may receive text messages from Integrity Roofing related to appointment confirmations and reminders, contract/document links, and project follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or get help by replying HELP. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as scheduling and payment providers), with your insurance company as part of assisting with your claim, and as required by law. Mobile information and SMS consent data are excluded from this sharing — see the Text Messaging (SMS) section above.
